Alli - the yoga teacher

Alli is a yoga teacher, former journalist and communication professional. She integrates mindfulness with yoga posture practice, creating classes which flow with a non-competitive, meditative rhythm, encouraging proper breathing, flexibility, strength and vitality in the body while relaxing the mind.

She qualified as an RYT 200-hours registered teacher in 2011 after bi-lingual training (English and French) at the Sivananda Headquarters in Quebec, Canada.

Until recently, Alli was teaching at the Sivananda Centre in Geneva, Switzerland, as well as at Sattva Yoga studio in Chamonix - the French Alps.

Now back in London, she teaches all over the city at places to suit her private 1-1 and group clients — at work, at home, at a local studio or in the park. She also teaches weekly open classes in different studios across south west and south east London.


Sharon - the naturopath

Sharon is a naturopath, a Pilates teacher and mother of three! Her own journey to becoming an holistic health practitioner came as a result of her own ill-health. One day, after being diagnosed with an allergy to the sun, and becoming sick and tired of always feeling like 'crap' she decided to take back control of her own health.

She qualified as a naturopath from the University of Westminster, then later went on to acquire her Diploma in Teaching Pilates.

Now, Sharon's main aim in life is to add value. She uses her skills and knowledge to educate and empower people to take control of their own health and wellbeing. Her work combines 1-1 health and lifestyle coaching, workshops, seminars and events.
